The Illinois Medical District selected Jupiter Realty Corporation to develop a modern Class A office building to provide quality office space for District member institutions. Ultimately the entire building was leased to UIC for an office/research facility. Construction of the 155,000 square foot building was completed on time and within budget. The building included a power transfer station to provide future buildings on the south side of Roosevelt Road with UIC generated Power, as well as a ComEd substation.
