Show us workout deals. Buildings we can reposition. Land we can develop. Facilities we can expand. Uses we can change. Properties needing recapitalization. Facilities we can retrofit. Low occupancies we can lease up. Tax-exempt bond deals we can finance. Apartments we can upgrade. Properties we can renovate. Underperforming assets we can manage. Unusual deals. Direct deals. Broker deals. Deals not yet on the market.
Show us large and small deals. Any building type in any part of the country. And we’re not limited to properties. Real estate-related business, debt acquisition opportunities, joint ventures and affiliations are also part of our investment strategy.
